New World Trade Center rises from the ashes
After the attack on two of USA’s most famous buildings, World Trade Center, can the USA now, 13 years later, present the new One World Trade Center. A project that took more than 8 years to finish.

9/11 2001 is a memorable day for a lot of people. Especially for the Americans. It was the day where al-Qaeda captured three airplanes and crashed them into the twin towers in New York, after which the whole world were in shock. The attack left an enormous hole in the ground, but five years later, the rebuilding of one of the building of World Trade Center started.
The new building is exactly 1776 feet high and symbolizes the year of USA’s independence. At the bottom of the tower, is there a monument where the earlier twin towers were placed.
According to TV2 news the tower is built-in with 104 floors and has 70 lifts and by that is it the world’s four highest building, and has cost US$3.9 billion.
Thousands of people got a job in the building third of November, the day, the doors opened. All these people choose to take the risk, even though the former building were the number one attack target. They won’t succumb to the terrorist that destroyed many lives and hopes, but show that America still has strength and courage enough to stand up for the country no matter what.
